I just wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful worker Penny is at Walmart Supercenter in Morgan Hill. My husband and I met her while we were shopping, and she told us about the Walmart Plus program, she was near the parking lot. I think You guys need to move that spot closer to the entrance, so more people can see the advertisement about Walmart+ program and Penny can interact with more customers. Penny was so friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about everything this Program offers. She explained it in a simple way, answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured. You can tell she really enjoys helping people!! Because of Penny, we decided to sign up, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions. We are already using it and ordering items for delivery to our home, and it has been so convenient and helpful. It saves us time and makes shopping much easier, especially when we are busy or don’t feel like going out. Penny made the whole experience enjoyable. She was patient, kind and had such a positive attitude. It’s not every day you meet someone who cares that much about customers and takes pride in their job. She went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate her help. Walmart is very lucky to have Penny. She represents the store in the best way possible. Thank you so much, Penny, for your excellent customer service, your kindness, and for helping us discover such a great program. Keep up the amazing work!

Of all the more than 15 Walmarts we have shopped at in 4 different states, this one is the one we like the most because it has plenty of supplies and plenty of variety and the staff is the most courteous we've experienced in the Walmarts we've shopped at. Also the shopping carts are well stocked and they roll smoothly, not like other Walmarts were the shopping carts are wobbly and the wheels make screeching noises and have a bump where people have dragged them past the point where the locking mechanism on the wheels kicks in.

Yesterday I went to the Cochrane Plaza, Walmart and spotted a Keurig coffee maker for $79 wasn’t sure it was the one we were looking for so I took a picture of it showed my husband and come back today at 3 o’clock today. The price is 109 99. I showed the lady that was in charge the picture of $79 less than 24 hours ago she said yeah prices changed all the time. I said I understand a week or a month ago, but this was less than 24 hours. Could they honor the price? The answer was no!
