The Garden was recommended to me by JaM Cellars. I came over and got a delicious hamburger. Turns out they have music on Saturday nights and they booked my band Tom and The Broken Hearts. I love this place. It is well designed with a state-of-the-art sound system utilizing subs, mains, and compression horns that hang from the ceiling. Just like the 1950's, but better! People say it sounds fantastic and is NOT too loud. Awesome!

After having a less than thrilling experience at Armistice Brewing, we decided to come to The Garden. We aren’t local. Just in town for a wedding. Couldn’t have had a more different experience between the two places. Everything was perfect at The Garden.

  • Yajome IPAAn inviting orange hued IPA that is both approachable and complex. The Yajome starts with strong citrus, tropical fruit, and pine aromas that melt into melon, earthiness, and dankiness. The body is malty sweet with biscuit and orange marmalade flavors. Someone described it to us as reminding them of "a toaster strudel with orange jam," so let's go with that. There's a slight warmth at the end and then the satisfying bite of hop bitterness.
  • Coombs SaisonA light and dry version of the classic Belgian farmhouse style. The nose opens with aromas of lemon, banana, clove, and finishes with a faint peppery spice and notes of hay. The body is light and effervescent, with subtle notes of sourdough and lemon peel. The yeast contributes a little earthiness and a very faint funkiness. The beer is golden with a very slight haze from the yeast as this will help the beer grow in complexity as it ages.
  • Monte Vista Juicy IPAA deep gold White IPA with a rocky white head, Monte Vista has aromas of bright orchard fruit and banana. There are also notes of subtle earthiness and pine. Orange jam and biscuit flavors cascade over the palate with a slightly resinous, but not too full of a body. It finishes with effervescence and a very light bitterness with a touch of sweetness.
  • Bonita Kettle SourTasting Notes: Very light, very dry, tart, a little spritzy
