Sky & Vine is located on the rooftop of the beautiful Archer Hotel in downtown Napa. We needed a palate cleanser after our sparkling wine tasting, and this was the perfect spot! Service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the panoramic views of the city and valley were wonderful. They have a fantastic cocktail selection which is a great option if you need a break from wine tasting after a long day in the valley.

This place delivers a great overall experience with a lively vibe and a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere. The view could be a highlight, though it’s currently a bit obstructed by nearby construction cranes, which takes away slightly from the full rooftop appeal. Service was a touch slow at times, but the staff made up for it by being attentive and engaged once they got to you. The wine selection stands out - short, solid variety and the option to sample at the bar makes it easy to find exactly what you like. The bartender is knowledgeable too, who was able to guide toward a full-bodied Napa Cabernet Sauvignon that nicely hit the mark. The burger came out impressively large with two patties. Didn’t get a chance to try it personally, as we ordered it for the kids, but at $22, it’s definitely on the premium side. Overall, a strong spot with great potential once the surrounding construction clears up.
