Patrick Toy★★★★☆Great pho just in a bad area of SF. I had never stayed in this area of the city before so it was a struggle to find restaurants that I could trust This one stood out when I was looks for noodles. It looked like it had been around for a long time. I ordered the beef pho with a beef rib bone. The broth was on was very savory with a bit of tang like vinegar taste to it. To balance out the taste I added a bit of hoisin to the broth and it was quite enjoyable for me. I’m a more sweet and salty balanced person. If you’re in the neighborhood and want pho this place fits your taste and price. What’s even more impressive was an article was written about this place that Julia Child has personally loved coming to when she was alive.
