I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. It’s a tradition of mine to celebrate friend’s birthday here at Ruth Chris Steak House. This place has never disappointed me. One of Walnut Creek’s classiest restaurants, the steaks come out sizzling hot, the sides are plentiful, drinks are great. They offer a full service bar, booth seating, table dining, private rooms. A great place to impress your guest, bring your date, family, loved ones. Thanks Ruth Chris Steak House for another wonderful experience!

For anyone reading this, you’re honestly better off going to a Brazilian steakhouse. I came here few times before many years ago and decided to bring my fiancé for a date night. There were several red flags early on, but we chose to stick it out. The receptionist was unfriendly, service was very slow, and the food was mediocre across the board. The drinks were decent, but that was the only bright spot. If it weren’t for the bartender, Clint—who was genuinely kind and attentive—we would have left much earlier. Given the price, the experience simply doesn’t add up. The level of service and food quality does not justify the cost, and it certainly doesn’t meet the expectations of fine dining. Overall, very disappointing. Won’t ever come back.

The food was okay. The service was lacking but they recognized it and upgraded the dessert. There were people in the dining room with baseball caps on, wearing jeans and a t-shirt, even though they explained the dress code to me when I called to make reservations. I don't belive I'll go there again unless I'm with someone who likes it.
