There are things to love about this place and things that are not to love. We had early dinner reservations on a Saturday night. When we checked online, it showed the standard 'dinner hours' to be blocked out. So, we came in right at the end of the afternoon hours hoping to simply be a little late and then linger... so we could actually have "dinner" and not afternoon snack. The restaurant around 5pm was sparse, and quite honestly it did not fill up the entire time we were there. The question is, why the blocked out reservations? We also had called and they said nothing was available during the regular dinner hours. So, on to the evening. The interior decor is upscale clean and contemporary almost formal in appearance. Servers well dressed and very attentive throughout the evening. The management (there were two at one point) even came around to see how the dinners were. As is well known, these Brazilian Steakhouses are all about the meat. And, most of it was good. We have definitely experienced better elsewhere. The salad bar is an expansively large rectangle in one section of the floor. You will find yourself and others circling a couple times to determine what to get, as there are a lot of options to choose from. Here is where I was NOT happy with the other customers. We were seated where we could clearly view the salad bar. People were standing at the bar pulling items and eating them right there at the bar! Get a frickin' plate and go to your table... It was disgusting to watch them stand there chatting with each other while eating from the bar. And, it wasn't just one group that was doing this. Unfortunately, I would have found it unusual if the restaurant staff had instructed them to go sit down. Overall, this is not my kind of dining experience. And, this is not inexpensive on a per person basis at $200 for two people, you are not going to eat that much. And, again, we have enjoyed a better experience elsewhere.
