The staff were incredibly helpful as I tried to find something special for her during our trip, and I really appreciated how kind and knowledgeable they were. One thing I especially loved was the scale in the store. It is such a creative and useful feature, especially since dogs can gain weight so easily with all the treats we love giving them. Being able to quickly check your dog’s weight right inside the store was a thoughtful touch that really stood out to me. They also had a great selection of enrichment toys, which I am always excited to find as a dog walking business owner in Atlanta who focuses on enrichment. It is clear they put thought into the products they carry. I would absolutely recommend this store to other dog parents looking for helpful staff and enrichment-focused options.

Mina Kelly★★★★★Got there with the bunnies and somehow their grooming appointment with Rabbit Haven had been cancelled due to a glitch but I was so relieved when they were able to work them in nonetheless! It was a busy day and it meant a lot to me as I would never want to have to shake up the poor buns with an unnecessary car ride for no reason! Thank you!!!

I wanted a couple options for my dog with seasonsal allergies, and they offered suggestions in store and also offered other items they could order for me online. Each person I encountered was knowledge and helpful. Can't wait to come back and bring my pup! As a note, if you can't make it to the store, they offer delivery! I personally have not ordered delivery, but call and see if they deliver to your area. Thanks for the great shopping experience 🐶
