Annie Lin★☆☆☆☆Do not ever order from them if you are doing a big project. They will not take any returns over 30 days, and won't work with you at all. Our construction company ordered approximately $30k worth of framing material from them for a client since the client had great things to say about them. We called them on the 31st day to see if we can return something because we couldn't get down there the day before. Placed on hold for an hour, then told the manager was not in, and to call back in three day. Called back in three days, was asked to sent pictures so maybe they can work with us since we order so much. No response, and after follow up, told us, "strict return policy, no returns after 30 days." We will never use them again. Recommend going to Economy Lumber in Campbell if you're making a bigger purchase. We've had much better experience working with them.

Barry G★★★★★This is probably the best hardware store you'll find today. The staff is always helpful. If you need a special screw, bolt, washer, plumbing washer etc, they have it. It's like the old Orchard Supply of many many years ago.
