One of the few Starbucks in my experience that still makes their drinks up to standards and always maintains a friendly customer service culture no matter how busy they are. And they leave cute little notes on the drinks sometimes. :) Edit! Unfortunately I feel like the quality of drinks gave dropped significantly since my last review. While the staff is very friendly, I have consistently received drinks that are poorly prepared / incorrect. For example, today I ordered a matcha latte with 2 extra scoops of matcha because I like a deeper flavor and now I’m wondering where the extra scoops are because it tastes just tastes like milk. And half of the cup was cold foam which I didn’t ask for. I also called to report about month ago that a latter I ordered was chunky and actually made me sick. I was just offered to come back and get a free drink and that they would check their milk. Maybe my review isn’t indicative of everyone’s experience and that’s valid, but for my experience - to spend hard earned money on a $7 drink that I’ve been waiting all week for as a treat and have it turn out either expired or completely wrong is just not okay and super disappointing. I won’t be returning.
