DESCRIPTION:This pottery class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students. It begins with introductions and a basic wheel demonstration by an instructor. Participants will learn to throw a cylinder on the potter's wheel and will receive up to three 1-pound balls of clay. You can keep your new works of art\; choose a glaze color\, and the studio will dry\, trim\, fire\, glaze\, and glaze-fire your work. Steve will notify you when it is ready for pick-up.\n\nA single class costs $89 and includes a 2-hour pottery class and 3 pounds of clay. Trimming\, glazing\, and firing are handled by the studio.
