This pottery class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students. It begins with introductions and a basic wheel demonstration by an instructor. Participants will learn to throw a cylinder on the potter's wheel and will receive up to three 1-pound balls of clay. You can keep your work; choose a glaze color, and the studio will dry, trim, fire, glaze, and glaze-fire it. Steve will notify you when it is ready for pick-up. The single class costs $89 and includes a 2-hour pottery class and 3 pounds of clay. Trimming, glazing, and firing are included. Register online at https://www.smaartstudio.com/booksmaart.
