The brand has recently revamped its look and stores across the country. However, this particular outlet appears to be struggling with significant operational issues. During my visit today, I observed poor management of the trial rooms, inadequate cleanliness, and a noticeable accumulation of dust on the floor. The quality of products on display also reflected a lack of attention to detail in both presentation and quality assurance. Many items priced at ₹1,699 appeared substandard, and several key products were unavailable in common sizes. The staff seemed indifferent to customer needs, showing minimal initiative to assist shoppers. Their primary focus appeared to be on promoting memberships with misleading promises and offers that ultimately do not benefit customers. When concerns are raised, the management’s standard response is that the team will be “trained,” but no real improvement is evident. This outlet has consistently misled customers, undermining the brand’s reputation. I would rate this location **3 out of 10**, based on overall appearance, cleanliness, product availability, staff support, and the quality of service offered relative to the prices charged and the promises made.

Very nice place. Wide variety of clothes, mostly for women. Clothes are of high quality. This place is also located in a nearly good area, above it you can find Haldiram outlet and nearby Dolma Aunty Momos. Parking is also there. Very clean and hygeine washroom is also present in the mall with no touch facilities. Staff is also very good.

Westside in Lajpat Nagar is a big store with a huge collection of clothing, accessories, and home essentials. The store is well laid out, making it easy to browse through different sections. The staff here is courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with sizes or suggestions, which makes the shopping experience pleasant. Pricing at Westside has always been one of its strong points – the products are reasonably priced compared to many other branded outlets, making it a good option for value-conscious shoppers. However, one area where the brand could improve is in its product design. For quite some time now, the styles and designs on display have remained more or less the same, and it feels like they have not introduced much variety or freshness in their collections. Overall, it’s a reliable place to shop with a good balance of affordability and service, but Westside needs to revamp its product lines to keep regular shoppers excited and coming back for something new.
