The good: Beer and food are actually good. The bad: Atrocious business practice I unfortunately have to leave a negative review because of a huge glaring issue, which is the exorbitant and unacceptable amount of AI art they use. You walk in and It's literally everywhere. They use it for their drink menu, their stickers, their posters, drink labels. Literally EVERYTHING. And it's not subtle. It's like someone in the back just discovered AI art generation and were allowed to just go crazy with it. I have never before seen such a large gallery of AI generated art. It's one thing to use AI for personal use, but another thing to capitalize off of it. The most audacious thing I saw there was a poster, made with AI, saying that they will sell you their "house-made" posters off the wall for $20. You cannot make this up. And the worst part of it is, that they are located right in the center of downtown Vallejo, where the monthly Vallejo Art Walk is. They even advertise it on one of their many AI generated posters. The irony and audacity of this is astounding. For a company that urges you to "drink locally", it is extremely hypocritical for them to not only use and sell AI art, but do it right in the heart of Vallejo where so many talented artists are LITERALLY at their doorstep. They profit off of Art Walk but give literally nothing back to the artists that make it happen. This is THE most textbook example of both gentrification and how AI directly harms artists. A company in the center of Art Walk can't even be arsed to hire a real artist for literally ANYTHING because someone is too proud of their prompting skills. This is actually so disgusting to me that even if they make the proper changes, it has already permanently left a bad taste in my mouth. I do hope they read this review though and feel some urgency to actually give back to the community they so proudly claim to be part of.

Went to Vallejo Brewing Company to celebrate my birthday and had an awesome time. The beers were top-notch with a great variety to choose from. The staff was super friendly and made the experience even better. Loved the merch too—seriously amazing designs. Definitely will be back!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! They brew fantastic beer! Great selection. Nice and cold. Staff is exceptional. They have trivia night as well as other fun nights. Boardgames from checkers to Battleship and many more. Pinball! Beer to go. Nice outside seating. Food can be ordered from the BBQ place nextdoor Gracie's which is owned by the same people. Small menu at the brewery and they will deliver. For full menu you can walk nextdoor, order and bring it to the pub. Sports on the tvs. No sound which is nice. Charming atmosphere. Sodas and NA beer also available.
