I've been going to Spenga for a little over a year. The facility is always clean and the community is so welcoming and supportive. I've taken classes from four different instructors and they are all fantastic! I appreciate their attention to our form while weight lifting to make sure we do the exercises safely. It is a great place for both the very fit and beginners. I had very little muscle mass and almost no experience with spinning or weight lifting when I began and I am thrilled with the progress I have made thanks to Spenga!

Love the Spenga experience! I’ve been at it for two years and it’s been a blast! I do the 60 minute spin-strength-yoga as well as the 45 minute strength focused sessions with Eli, Marina, Chloe, Tiffany and other great instructors. The sessions are a definite workout, precisely exercising our different muscle groups with high energy music and consistent coaching. I look forward to each session and come out with renewed energy!
