I’ve only been coming to Soma Yoga for a short time, but I already love it. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The Foundational Flow classes are amazing. They break movements down in a way that feels really accessible, especially since I’m still building strength and working through some mobility issues. I’ve also tried the Yin classes and really enjoy them. Great studio, highly recommend.

My Son and I just moved to the area and I was looking for a place that I can stay strong and enjoy it. I’m very happy to have found this place as yoga is such a great match for me and my body and my goals. I tried other yoga classes and they weren’t quite as challenging.SOMA’s Instructors have been wonderful with challenging classes yet encouraging you to honor your body and to never over exacerbate in order to prevent injury. It’s the perfect balance for me and I’m so looking forward to many more classes.
