From the moment we checked in at Silverado Resort, we knew this stay was going to be different. The level of hospitality was truly exceptional, and Claire and Susan made us feel welcome from the very first minute. Claire and Susan went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. They spent extra time explaining the property, answering all of our questions, and making us feel genuinely valued as guests. You can tell they truly care about creating an amazing experience, and it absolutely shows. What was supposed to be a simple weekend getaway instantly felt like a real vacation because of the incredible customer service from Claire and Susan. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our trip feel so much more special. We’ve stayed at several different hotels in Napa over the years, and we visit the area often since we’re only a few hours away. After the way Claire and Susan treated us today, we’ve made our decision—Silverado Resort will be the only place we stay going forward. They completely changed the way we’ll plan our Napa trips in the future. Thank you, Claire and Susan, for making us feel so welcome and for turning a great trip into an unforgettable one. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband was here for a business meeting and I met him for a long wknd. I had not heard of the resort but was blown away with the grounds, character, quality. The room product was nice. The fitness center was brand new and amazing. Very well appointed. The spa looked new and beautiful too. The service was our absolute favorite. Every team member we encountered was very hospitable. Jeff at the bar was a stand out. Truly made our trip memorable. The location worked out very well. We were just a quick 10 minute ride away from downtown Napa and 15 minutes from Yountville.

Third time here and it gets better every year. Rooms are perfect size villas, Food and service is outstanding. Love walking the grounds in the morning before breakfast at the Market. Fabulous Spa & Sauna. Shout out to Pete (concierge) for securing reservations when none could be had. Love this place.
