Rasa is both an homage to your favorite take out Indian dishes and a celebration of culinary technique to elevate classics without losing their wholesome and timeless flavors. This is my second time here, and I have yet to be underwhelmed by anything. The dishes are clever and delightful and perfectly portioned so you’ll debate about getting just one more plate for the table. (Do it, you wont regret it) With a great staff and fun drinks, if you’re in the area no matter the time, see if you can get a table.

Thank you so much for the incredible experience last night — every moment was unforgettable! The drink was absolutely awesome, so refreshing with that creamy coconut foam. The corn chaat was excellent, I could not figure out what was added along with boondi to make it airy (rice crisp), the taste was just right, the lotus root kofta curry was soulful and not too rich/creamy (excellent) and the cardamom dessert- Perfection! The texture and taste were both exquisite.

Rasa offers a lovely fine-dining experience with a modern ambience thoughtfully blended with touches of South Indian heritage. The sliders were fresh and well-made, standing out in both flavor and presentation. While the vegetarian options were somewhat limited, they were tasty and well executed. Overall, it’s a great spot for ambience and quality food, and I’d rate it 4/5.
