I had a great experience at this Quest with an appointment (I’m not sure how it would be without one). I arrived early to check in and they were able to get me in a few minutes before my appointment time. The unstaffed waiting room and self service check in felt a bit unwelcoming, but once taken back to the clinic, the experience was comfortable and the phlebotomist I saw was friendly and did a great job.

It is very hard to talk to human being for scheduling or for check-in. Even when I call different locations I just got the same automated system encouraging me to do everything online. I finally get to an office and there was no clerk, I have to check myself in at these kiosks. I'm pretty tech savvy and the process was still frustrating. There were many elderly people in the waiting room confused and needed assistance that just wasn't readily available. Once I was finally called in and actually got to speak to a human being everything went very smoothly. But the process of finding a location and scheduling an appointment was very frustrating at times.

Waited 2hrs and 45 mins to get labwork done. Kiosk said it was a 30min wait. No human available to talk to, you have to knock or wait til someone comes out - Almost feels like walking into a closet! An elderly couple with no computer literacy asking for help, 2 females came to drop off specimens, also waiting because there is no one with a desk you can approach and speak to. This place has evolved into treating the humans that pay for their service like we are a true inconvenience they don't even have the desire or time to talk to. In 2.45 hrs, I saw 5 people get help. Unless they have a hidden door, where clients go in/out of, this is a complete waste of time.
