THE PHO & RED BEAN BOBA IS ONE OF THE BEST! FAMILY OWNED, QUICK & FRIENDLY SERVICE! I love that this is a family-owned business, and you can truly feel the care they put into the guest experience! From start to finish, the service and quality here were exceptional. FOOD &DRINKS: - The Pho: We tried both the beef pho and the chicken pho, and both broths were delicious. The beef broth is much richer with a deeply authentic Vietnamese flavor profile, while the chicken broth is incredibly flavorful with a lighter, cleaner taste. They provided plenty of bean sprouts and fresh Thai basil on the side as usual. The pho is definitely the star of the menu and what you should get! - Pork Vermicelli with Egg Rolls (we pulled the pork and egg roll off into a bowl on the side): We also tried this dish. It had a good, standard thin cut pork and fish sauce flavoring. Would have liked if the pork was a little more juicy or a Tucker cut, but it’s the traditional way they make it with a thin, drier cut. Overall flavor profile was still great and still good once you add the fish sauce. - Blended Red Bean Boba: This is absolutely amazing and easily one of the best I have ever had! It tastes incredibly authentic—just like the traditional Chinese red bean soup dessert—and they use real red beans to make it. A must-order! We were dining as a group of four and ordered two large phos, one pork vermicelli, and an extra side of noodles. It ended up being the absolute perfect amount of food for the table. Delicious! SERVICE: The staff here is wonderful. Our server, Tien, had a huge smile and was super friendly; despite how busy the restaurant was, he consistently checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We also met Yenny, who is part of the family that owns the restaurant. She was so sweet and welcoming, even providing us with to-go boxes and extra bags wrapped tightly to ensure our leftover soup wouldn't spill on the way home. SPACE & PARKING: The restaurant is very clean and offers plenty of seating to comfortably accommodate both small and large groups. The service is incredibly fast. For convenience, there is dedicated off-street parking located in the back, and you can easily enter the restaurant from either the front or the back doors. While it is slightly more expensive than some other spots in oakland, it is a higher end, cleaner spot, and completely worth it for the high quality of food and top-notch service you receive. We will definitely be back!

Best pho in the Bay Area! And I don’t even get the pho! Kevin’s consistently has super fast service, great food, and good prices. They have lots of good picks off the pho menu and some good drinks as well. I recommend the #37, which I get almost every time I eat here. Definitely stop by if you have a chance.

Came here for lunch. First came in the server didn’t ask anything just straight gave us outdoor sittings, thinking because I have a dog. So I ask for indoor since it’s hot outside and not only once but twice about my service dog which I explained that she is a service dog and still wouldn’t believe even after I showed the card. He eventually let us sit indoor. After a few minutes, him and another 2 people (a guy and a lady) maybe the lady is the owner cause she’s not wearing the same uniform. 3 of them starting talking about us because they were looking at us especially at my dog. So I called out one of the guy that kept looking at us saying “if you have concerns I can show you my services dog paperwork” and he saw the card that I have and say “cause sometimes people fraud” so I said to him “it’s not a reason, because you can only ask what type of service the dog do not to ask the paperwork because it’s against the law and people can sue you for this” also during my entire time in the restaurant, my service dog remain calm, not barking or even bothering other people. This is so frustrating that 3/4 people is so bothered by my calm service dog even after I showed her paperwork. Please the staf or (maybe) the owner need to know more knowledge/law!
