Staff were amazing and friendly. We had some issues with our party and worker at the front table was extremely patient and helped us in any way that we needed even though the group was annoying and asked for help multiple times they did their best with helping us out without being frustrated. On top of that they gave us free games instead of getting mad at us. This was definitely a night to remember for my group and I highly recommend going here.

Bowling alley has changed for the worst.. Front desk guy seemed like he hated his job had to pretty much beg for a lighter ball for me boy who is 4 years old and couldn’t hold the 11 lbs ball that was the lighted down on the lanes(big party going on with kids took all the 10s).. then go to the bar to grab a beer and the bartender tried to force me to take a beer he poured for another customer that didn’t have cash.. that customer already had that beer in his hand and almost to a drink out of it. That’s rude and disgusting. Bar tender was mouthing something assuming bad about myself since I refused to take that beer.. This place is trash

Front desk people 0 customer service, every time we come he is in a mood and it’s even different people on different occasions , if you don’t want to work then go home , don’t come and ruin our mood . I only met 1 guy with the sweetest welcome and the others, as they say, à La Poubelle!!
