If you want advice, he'll give honest recommendations based on what will work for you. If you know exactly what you want, he'll make it happen. There's never any ego, just a genuine desire for you to leave happy. What I appreciate just as much is who he is as a person. If you're in the mood to chat, he takes a genuine interest in your life and remembers the little things. If you'd rather relax, he completely respects that too. He's professional, kind, and makes every appointment enjoyable. One thing I really admire is how committed he is to his craft. He's always taking classes, learning new techniques, and investing in becoming even better. He never settles, and it absolutely shows in his work. Santiago has earned a client for life. I trust him completely, and I recommend him every chance I get.

Santiago is amazing. I’m a brunette who pulls warm and he knows I like to be lighter. He does a great job giving me dimension and keeping me light but healthy. My hair health has never been better and he gives me the best blowouts so does Ana- his assistant! He trained her well. He also recommends great products, goes above and beyond, and his cut and color services are unmatched. Not to mention he’s just an awesome person. ❤️
