The nicest young man, Yusef, helped me today and it was the greatest, easiest shopping experience I’ve ever had at a hardware store. He was so kind and attentive. The other store team members were also very nice. Will be going out of my way to this LG location for any hardware needs.

Bait and switch and its finest! Went to buy rose food, the tag reflected a price 5 bucks cheaper than the register. The manager Daniel came up and told me the sale ended yesterday and he wouldn’t honor the price on the tag… and literally let a life long Ace customer walk out the door and I even said I’d just go to Home Depot. Come on Ace!!! Customers keep you in business, and it’s a competitive market out there. Do better and give your managers some customer service training. And only after I left and called to express my frustration did he have the nerve to ask me to come back and he’d fix it. Already in Home Depot parking… no thanks.
