I’ve been coming to Hydration Room in Burlingame for about six months now, and it’s been a great experience. At first, I was a little apprehensive because I have small veins and wasn’t sure if I’d be a good candidate for regular IV therapy. But working consistently with Kas and Jocelyn has completely changed my perspective. They are wonderful—super professional, warm, and friendly. They’ve made the IV setup process as comfortable as possible for me, which I really appreciate given my situation. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and take the time to make sure you feel at ease. The front desk team has also been fantastic—check-in and check-out are always quick and seamless, and everyone is friendly and professional. I’m really happy I decided to incorporate IV therapy into my self-care and health routine, and I highly recommend this location!
