This review is long overdue. However, it only goes to show that my experience at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport was so exceptional that it has remained on my mind for months after my stay. I had the pleasure of being a guest here for four nights in February, and every moment of my stay set the standard for true hospitality. The General Manager went above and beyond by personally greeting our group on multiple occasions. He was always kind, highly professional, thoughtful, and accommodating! The overall layout of the hotel was also stunning. The atrium truly stole the show as I absolutely love green space and natural light! I also especially appreciated the overall convenience of my stay — from the proximity to the airport, to the various dining options on-site, to the well-stocked lobby store. If I could leave 10 stars for this hotel I absolutely would, and I definitely know where I'll be staying the next time I'm in the Bay Area!

I booked a room for one day and one night because I had a wedding performance gig a few blocks down, and let me tell you, this hotel was nice. Not only were the staff friendly respectful and courteous, but their breakfast brioche French toast was impeccable. I really enjoyed my stay here. Tourists or people looking for a safe and comfortable stay, I recommend this place!

This was my first trip to the United States, and I had such a wonderful experience staying here. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. Even though my English isn't very good, they took the time to explain every charge on my bill until I understood everything. I truly appreciated their patience and professionalism.
