Typical American diner experience with huge portions and decent food. We had the souffle omlette with a side of toast, the california omlette and a salmon taco with drip coffee. The service was pretty slow and we had to wait several minutes before our coffee was refilled. Overall a decent experience but nothing exceptional.

The food was amazing and definitely worth the visit. We tried the Country Soufflé Omelette, which was light, fluffy, and full of flavor. The toast served alongside was perfectly cooked and complemented the meal well. The coffee was also very good and paired nicely with breakfast. One thing to note is that it can take a little while for your order to arrive, especially during busy hours. However, there is plenty of seating available, and the staff is friendly and attentive. While the service can sometimes feel a bit slow, the quality of the food and overall experience make up for the wait.

Another great trip to Holder’s last night! Yes, dinner is their little known secret as most people just know them for their amazing breakfasts! We had great service, yummy food (their prime rib special on Fridays are not to be missed!), and a good atmosphere! It wasn’t crowded for a Friday night - probably because of the busy holiday season. Do yourself a favor and visit soon! We love Holder’s!
