Nice store for asian, Korean especially, groceries. We've been to stores in Washington state, Illinois, San Diego, and this one is not bad. Seems more cramped and lacking in the in store eateries but in the same complex are tasty pot, 85', and others so it makes sense not to also gave them. Parking here is probably the most limiting due to all the other stores. Nonetheless, nice to have yet another choice besides 99, lion, etc.

We have had repeated problems at this H Mart with being overcharged. Today they charged us $20 for one carrot, which we only caught because we checked the receipt and went back for a refund. This is not an isolated incident. We have also seen price labels on the shelves showing lower prices than what is actually charged at the register, and that has happened to us multiple times in the past too. Between the cashier errors and the incorrect price tags, it is hard to trust the pricing here. What is especially frustrating is that this has happened many times and the cashiers never apologize. Be very careful shopping here. Always check your receipt and compare it against the posted shelf prices.

I've been a loyal HMart customer for years because of their excellent meat, seafood, and produce. Our family's favorite quick meals are kimchi tofu pork soup and their pre-marinated BBQ beef, and it's the only place where I buy oxtail. Yesterday, I accidentally left my wallet at the store. When I couldn't find it this morning, I assumed I had misplaced it somewhere in my house and wasn't too worried. To my surprise, I later learned that I had left it at HMart. What happened next was truly extraordinary. The store manager had kept my wallet safe and waited for me to come back and claim it. When I didn't return and realized I lived nearby, he personally drove to my home to deliver it. He was incredibly kind and refused to accept any money or reward for his efforts. All he said was, "Just keep shopping at HMart." In a world where we often hear about negative experiences, I wanted to recognize this act of honesty, integrity, and genuine care. I am so grateful to have my wallet back, and even more grateful to know there are people like this in our community. Thank you to the manager and the entire HMart team. You've earned a customer for life.
