Dr Mohandas is a lovely person, and her office is inviting and comfortable. The microneedling procedure was painless thanks to the numbing cream they apply beforehand, and I have had no issues after the treatment two treatments I have had thus far. Add that to the friendly and professional staff in the office, and you have a provider who you can feel safe going to.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medspa or aesthetic dermatologist. Over the years, I have occasionally used Groupon to discover new doctors and estheticians, and I have always been treated professionally and kindly. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. From the very beginning, the reception staff spoke in a curt, cold, and borderline rude manner over the phone. When I arrived at the office, the environment itself felt shabby, poorly lit, and unwelcoming. I was again greeted in a dismissive way and escorted to the treatment room. Despite specifically requesting numbing cream prior to Botox injections, none was provided. The injections were extremely painful, and I immediately felt that a minimal amount of product was being used. I expressed concern during the procedure, but I was simply told not to worry. In addition, when I tried to discuss other services I was genuinely interested in—such as facial peels and laser treatments—the doctor showed little interest in answering my questions or providing information. The consultation felt rushed and dismissive. Most disappointing of all, after enduring the discomfort of the injections, the Botox had absolutely no effect. There was no improvement whatsoever. It was a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. It's shame because annually I spend anywhere from $2000.00 to $5000.00 on skin procedures. Dr. Mohandas has missed out on obtaining any future business from me and any referrals I may provide. The overall experience, from the front desk to the provider, it felt rude, uncaring, and callous. I would not return and would not recommend this practice to others seeking professional, attentive care.
