  • Raspberry Smile™Tart Raspberry Ale w/ Hibiscus 4.7% ABV • 9 IBU. Raspberries and hibiscus bring happy pink flavors and fruity aromas to this tart and refreshing beer. It tastes like a smile.
  • Shimmer Pils®German-style Pilsner 5.3% ABV • 31 IBU. She has a shimmery depth, like light on the fathomless sea. Our brewers wife, Eileen, inspired the name of this beer. Shimmer Pils is a crisp and refreshing German-style Pilsner, a true lager with a balanced hoppiness.
  • Giant DipperGolden Ale 4.6% ABV • 28 IBU. Since May 17, 1924, the Giant Dipper roller coaster, complete with its landmark red and white structure, spectacular view of the Monterey Bay, and speedy successive dips and fan curves, has kept new and old generations coming back for more. This is an easy-drinking golden ale with bright citrus and floral hop character and a bready malt finish. Full-flavored and refreshing, this is the perfect beer for celebrating a century of Giant Dipper thrills!
  • Synonym for Sunshine™Dry-Hopped Golden Lager 6.5% ABV • 36 IBU. Dry-hopping added citrus, berry, stone fruit, tropical fruit, and pine notes to the lightly toasted malt personality of this German-style Helles Bock. The malts from Admiral Maltings lend sweet graininess, yielding a hearty, full-bodied lager that will warm you with its sunny cheer.
  • Accordion Man®Oktoberfest Lager 6.1% ABV · 24 IBU. The man who played his accordion for us in a small beer garden in Baden-Baden forever changed our impression of this instrument. Thanks for the gorgeous music, accordion man. This beers for you! Our golden-orange-hued Oktoberfest Lager is brewed with German-style Malts from Admiral Maltings.
  • Jugo Nuevo®Hazy IPA 5.6% ABV · 46 IBU. This new-school hazy IPA is brimming with aromas of tropical fruits. Hops, hops, and more hops were added to this beer throughout the production process to create a distinctively succulent IPA with notes of pineapple and guava. You wouldnt be blamed if you thought this was some sort of new juice rather than a hazy IPA.
  • Linalool GardenHazy IPA 6.5% ABV · 35 IBU. Linalool is one of the aromatic compounds that gives plants, including hops, their scents. It partners with the other terpenes in hops to boost the fruity, floral aromas and flavors of this juicy, hazy IPA. Take your senses on a stroll through Linalool Garden as sweet orange flowers, lime, blueberry, passionfruit, and peach perfume each sip.
  • Hi Azacca!™Single Hop Hazy IPA 7.2% ABV • 30 IBU. Azacca hops, named after the Haitian spirit of agriculture, are exciting because of their intense fruity aromas. In this refreshing IPA, meet ripe mango, pineapple, papaya, pear, and citrus, along with a touch of spicy pine. Hi Azacca!
  • Hooper Beach™West Coast IPA 7.4% ABV • 60 IBU. Hooper Beach, in Capitola Village west of the wharf, is named for Harry Hooper, a baseball Hall of Famer who helped the Red Sox win 4 World Series titles in the early 1900s before serving as Capitolas postmaster for 24 years. This IPA celebrates that sweet little beach with fruity mango notes mingling with pine and grapefruit.
  • Uncle Daves IPA®IPA with a Hint of Rye 6.5% ABV • 68 IBU. Is there anyone better to sit around a campfire with, telling stories, IPAs in hand? We think not. Cheers, Uncle Dave! Our Rye IPA has fruity/herbal hop aromas with a substantial supporting maltiness. The rye contributes a hint of peppery spice to this full bodied, complex IPA.
  • Foggy Forest®West Coast Double IPA 8% ABV • 70 IBU. While we wait for the rains, foggy forest walks reassure us with green, misty promise. This IPA hints of forest pleasures with its dank, resinous, piney hop aroma.
  • Bay/Porter™Porter Ale 6.2% ABV • 34 IBU. The Bay/Porter exit off Hwy. 1 brings you into Soquel Village, our brewerys neighborhood. It needed to have this beer named after it.
  • Jacks Grisette™Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale 5% ABV • 18 IBU. Jacks Grisette draws inspiration from historical grisettes, a sister style to saison which originated in the Belgian/French border region of Hainaut. It was brewed with both malted and unmalted wheat as well as Admiral Maltings pilsner malt before spending 13 months in wine barrels with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. The result is a light and refreshing farmhouse ale with soft acidity, subtle funk, and notes of lemon, pepper, and hay.
  • Ganders Red™Sour Ale aged on pinot noir pomace 6.8% ABV • 11 IBU. This iteration of Ganders Red, our version of the Belgian sour, Flanders Red Ale, was conditioned on Windy Oaks pinot noir pomace for four months, then aged in red wine barrels for 15 months. Its vinous aroma is laden with cherry, raspberry, and plum, with hints of vanilla and clove. Silky tannins balance the red-fruity tartness on the tongue.
  • Three Fawns™Bourbon Barrel-Aged Tripel 11.8% ABV • 23 IBU. Three Fawns is a Belgian-style tripel aged in American bourbon barrels. A boozy warmth redolent of vanilla, black pepper, and honey, along with soft berry notes, leads into a dry peppery finish influenced by oak.
