Spring Roast Beef Sammie was spot on! The bread roll it came one was toasted on the outside but soft and relatively fluffy on the inside and beef was tender and paired with chimichurri sauce. Overall a well balanced and thoughtfully executed sandwich in texture and taste - the acidity of the chimichurri sauce balanced the richness of the beef & the beef was thinly sliced so with every bite u got a bit of everything vs if it were like steak slices I think the proportion of each element you might get in each bite might be unporportional & the eater might struggle a bit more with biting off more steak slices than other elements of the sandwich. Beet & citrus salad w/ pistachio was also pretty good - refreshing with a fun twist and beautiful colors. The oatmeal cream sandwich was sadly a bit of a miss for me- cookie was a tad harder and drier than I prefer. The crème is also a bit too sweet for me. Their chocolate chip cookie is not bad tho- it’s mostly crunchy outside with a slight chew on the inside. But I will admit I’m more of a soft cookie or I prefer my cookies slightly underbaked with a gooey center. But Togo service was FANTASTIC- u can order ahead and time it, which was super convenient. Packing was also superb - they they thoughtfully put the napkin in the wrapped sandwich!

All good vibes here. The service is impeccable and everyone is so genuinely friendly. They are known for their breakfast sandwiches that come on this amazing biscuit, and while that was a pretty great breakfast sandwich, their beets were something else. Please try them. I wish I went back one last time to eat here before leaving.
