We bought tickets ahead of time and it's just a QR code so super easy to just walk in, get your code scanned, and then the nice guy tells you if you're upstairs or down stairs. It was very clean when we arrived. Concessions was making fresh popcorn and getting all other food warmed. They were very friendly and helpful and patient when my kids couldn't decide lol. The restrooms were clean. My kids liked the small arcade area while we waited. Seats are comfortable and spacious. They recline and warm!! Plenty of space if you need to get up and walk out in the middle of the movie. I actually preferred this theatre to The Lot in SR.

I want to give a special shout-out to a staff member named Michael (I believe that was his name). He went above and beyond to help my family and me, paying close attention to the small details and handling our food order with so much care. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely helpful in a busy theater environment. His kindness really made our family night special. The theater itself was great, but the service is what will bring us back. A huge thank you to the team and especially to Michael for the fantastic hospitality!
