Was here for a wedding and the space as well as service were not bad at all. Cannot complain and timing or food, as everything was fresh and nicely plated. Drink selection was good and bartenders were both attentive, friendly and efficient. The space was elegant, if a touch dated, but the hotel as a whole is impressive and polished, and very well maintained.

Janet Hristiana and her coworkers took such good care of us. Even with multiple events AND tornadoes all around us they stayed cool, calm and collected. Provided service with a smile. Kept us safe by ushering us to the basement when tornado sirens rang out. Always wore a smile and kept engaged until everyone was served and assisted. This is an award winning hotel team.

I want to start with the good things. The rooms, the hallways, the entire hotel was very clean. You can tell the cleaning staff care about the quality of their work and that they take pride in what they do. I could not be happier with the cleanliness, they were very kind every time I said good morning to them. The whole hotel was fully booked and unfortunately there were only 2 elevators working for 7 floors, one seemed out of service. I took the stairs more times than the elevator this weekend. The staff at the front desk on Saturday night made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her when I wanted to buy something from the cantina and pay for it rather than putting it on my room tab. I was very patient and courteous and wanting to first pay cash but that was a major problem to her so I paid with a card. While I didn't order anything from the bar, my friends all complained about the one server who was working Friday evening. Not friendly and in-fact grumpy and short with us the whole night. It was clear this weekend was understaffed in a few areas and that perhaps better consideration is to be made ahead of time if your hotel is fully booked. It's a nice problem to have, being booked up. Save for the attitude from a couple of individuals in evening shift we felt like even though there were mix ups with room upgrades and complimentary service, the morning wait staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were very attentive in the breakfast bar area. Overall the fantastic weekend we had could not be overshadowed by a couple of sour melons, and we will consider returning to this location again next year.
