The best outdoor mall I've ever been to! The variety of stores and restaurants here is absolutely amazing. The place is immaculately clean and beautiful. They have a great mini playground for the kids to play on. They just brought out the Christmas decorations and it's just so magical. The Christmas tree is massive and so well decorated.

I've been very blessed to see Broadway plaza evolve over the years. It's become such a beautiful shopping center with so many great community events likes concerts and pop up markets. The Christmas decorations are always so elegant and beautiful and this year was was no different. Love that there's a little playground for the kids, mine love the dinosaurs!

Parking: an absolute disaster. 0/5. Crosswalks/pedestrian flow: chaotic and unsafe. 0/5. The whole layout feels like it was designed with zero thought for guest experience — poorly planned, overcrowded, and honestly exhausting to navigate. This is less a shopping destination and more a retail maze. Overhyped and not worth the hassle. Will not be returning.
