Had the worst service at this shop. I went in to get my recently purchased MacBook checked because there was a thin line appearing on my display. The guy in the genius bar took it to run diagnostics and completely ruined my display- the screen is flickering now and appears damaged. The guy did not apologize, nor did he offer any explanation. Would never return to this shop.

Turned up for appointment, told to wait - then totally ignored for 20 minutes past appointment time. Asked how long to wait was normal, was told I was pushed back because I was ‘a little bit late’ - at most one minute, and entirely the time I was ignored for while standing directly in front of the same person waiting for them to check me in. Then served 30 minutes later only to be treated with hostility by staff member Jordan in response to me giving context on how long I had been waiting and time urgency. Was then told after a next day repair was confirmed that they actually could not repair. Left one hour later with time lost and no successful service. Basic battery replacement.

I am senior, I stopped by this Apple Store to get information regarding the newest Apple phone. The very young man who approached me and I did not even ask for his help, was talking fast explaining the difference between the 3 Apple 17 phones. I didn’t understand him, so I asked the same question again, he got testy with me and replied “I just explained this to you” I said thank you and left with no new phone. If I decide to by a new phone from this place, I want to be able to have a positive experience. I hope the store manager read this and inform his young sales people that not all seniors are stupid or hard of hearing. We’re the ones who have the means to purchase. Is it really necessary to have so many employees there. Some of them are not knowledgeable they read the info from the device itself to answer questions.
