I walked in with faded black hair with random patches of old color, honestly didn’t think it could be saved knowing I wanted to brighten my hair. Their time was super patient, and very helpful as they explained everything they were doing. It took couple hours but they didn’t rush at all, even got my nails done through the process! The end result is WAY better than what I expected. 10/10 recommend, the highlights were perfectly blended with no brassy tones. Love my new hair!!
