I had a positive interaction at this place when I originally bought some running shoes for my kid. The sales person seemed knowledgeable and the transaction was smooth. Around 5 months later, I came in with my kid asking to get a copy of the receipt so I could submit a manufacturer's warranty claim with Asics because the tread was falling off. We weren't even asking for a refund from the retailer. The staff member who seemed to be a manager asked us what we used the shoes for. My kid said it was for running. He didn't believe my kid and continued to question him as if he was lying to him. I had to intervene and tell him that he's asked us the question already and it’s already been answered. Only then did he give us a copy of the store purchase receipt. I probably will just buy running shoes online at this point. There are no negative customer service interactions and I don't have to pay for parking. Kind of sad because I like to support physical stores…

This is a fantastic store! They have so many options. Elizabeth greeted me right away and was so helpful. She really took the time to cater to my needs and listen to me. I have knee and heel pain when I walk on a treadmill. I tried almost every insole at CVS, Walgreens, and Amazon but the arches were too high or the heel pain got worse. After measuring my arch and feet, she found me 3 shoe options and 2 insole options. She never pressured me but instead, help me try everything on to compare. I found a shoe and insole that I absolutely love. It felt good to find the right combination for once. As an overweight person, I was scared thinking that I'm not their target clientele, but I felt welcomed and heard. I highly recommend Elizabeth and this store to everyone of all different sizes that need a personalized, educational, and amazing shopping experience.

Great store. Don't settle for guessing, get fitted by people who know and try different shoes. If you need motivation, join their running community. I got back into it after many years and they cater to all levels btw ... not a pro shop per se
